Bickham Court, formerly a program of Perspectives in St.
Louis Park, is a recovery-focused, 54-unit affordable housing community serving women and families where head of household has a disability. Bickham Court offers permanent supportive housing for people experiencing
homelessness and who have low or no income. 22 of the units are Section 8
housing for families (female-identified head of household only), and 32 units
are for women, with or without children, who are living with a disability. The
program is designed to provide support for those seeking recovery from
substance use disorder.
In this nurturing environment, families can thrive. Our supportive housing partner, Missions, Inc. Programs offers on-site case management, parenting skills programs, and individualized
support toward a goal of supporting self-empowerment and help residents move toward
lifelong self-sufficiency.
Residents of Bickham Court are referred by and welcomed
into the community via Hennepin County’s Coordinated Entry System. For
more information about Coordinated Entry services, contact the CES team at [email protected].
